Delaware Nation EDA Greentech Center Revitalization Project Bid Solicitation

Anadarko, Oklahoma (February 26, 2024) – Delaware Nation EDA is accepting sealed bids for construction at the DNI Greentech Center, 1617 Industrial Road, Anadarko, OK 73005.

The contractor must register as a DNI Preferred Vendor, follow the Davis-Bacon Act and Labor Standards, and have 50% minority workforce goals and 6.9% female workforce goals. The contractor must have experience in working with federal grants, be familiar with all CFRs about construction, and be insured and bonded for 3 million. The contractor must not be listed in Excluded Parties on SAM.gov.

The project includes:

New construction at the DNI Greentech Center, a 240,000 SF facility. This project will require remodeling the restroom facilities, updating office facilities, updating light manufacturing/call center operations space, upgrading fire suppression systems, and demolishing several existing interior structures that are obstructing the warehouse/manufacturing floor. This project will also require the repairing of roads and sidewalks, replacing parking lot lights, ensuring ADA compliance and pedestrian safety, and demolishing abandoned outbuildings. Lastly, this project will require HVAC units, upgrading overhead doors and seals, replacing rainwater downspouts, and upgrading landscaping. The major project components are described below:

Summary: Remodel restroom facilities, update office facilities and light manufacturing/call center operations spaces, upgrade fire suppression systems, and demolish several existing interior structures.

• Remodel Restroom Facilities: Existing men's and women’s restrooms do not meet ADA requirements. They will be remodeled to meet ADA requirements and building occupancy loads.
• Install Eight new toilet fixtures and/or urinals, including lavatories and modernization of the facilities.
• Update office facilities and light manufacturing/call center operations space.
• Renovate existing office area and light industrial/call center area: Modernized interior finishes, flooring, ceilings, paint, and mechanical systems will be installed.
• Upgrade fire suppression systems.
• Extend existing fire sprinkler heads down to new interior lay-in ceiling grids and ceiling systems.
• Demolish several existing interior structures that are obstructing the warehouse/manufacturing floor.
• Demolish existing boiler building and CMU warehouse structure (including 2,868 SF concrete slab on grade with 2-story green metal building structure atop), toilets, and washdown area.
• Remove mechanical piping equipment and demolish insulation extending from the existing boiler facility.
• Remove collapsed clay pipe and plumbing infrastructure.
• Remove debris that has fallen from existing structures in disrepair.

Construction bids and specifications can be requested by email at GTInfo@dnigov.com. A pre-bid meeting and walk-through will be held on April 8, 2024, at 1:00 PM CDT. Architect Engineers (AE) and Delaware Nation EDA representatives will be available to answer any questions. A full Request for Proposal (RFP) and plans can be requested by sending email to GTInfo@dnigov.com.

Sealed bids will be accepted until May 15, 2024, at 12 PM CDT. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of such bids that waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.

Completion of the project must be on or before February 1, 2026.
